Internal doors, skirting and architrave
Oak doors, glazed doors and sliding barn doors hung so they swing true and close quietly, with new skirting and architrave to finish.

Changing every internal door in a house is one of the quickest ways to lift it, and it is a job I do a lot. Each door is trimmed to its opening, hung on three hinges where it needs them, and fitted with latches that catch without a slam.
Barn doors on black track are a good answer where there is no room for a door to swing. The track has to be fixed into something solid and set dead level, or the door drifts open on its own.
New doors usually show up tired skirting and architrave, so I replace those at the same time, mitred and finished ready for paint or oil.

Liam laid new flooring in our utility along with new cabinet doors, worktop and sink. Have just used Liam again to replace all our internal doors, yet again another superb job.

Questions people ask
Can you replace all the internal doors in a house?
Yes. Whole-house door replacements are a regular job. Customers have said the doors and architrave look perfect afterwards.
Do you fit sliding barn doors?
Yes, on surface-mounted track. The track is fixed into solid timber or a proper header so the door runs level.
Will you replace the architrave and skirting too?
If they need it, yes. New doors against old, painted-over architrave rarely look right, so it is worth doing together.
