Flooring laid through kitchens and whole houses
Laminate and wood-effect flooring laid flat, cut neatly round door frames and finished tight to the skirting.

I lay flooring on its own or as part of a kitchen or door job. Customers have had flooring laid in a single utility and right through the downstairs of the house.
A good floor is mostly preparation. The subfloor has to be flat and sound, door frames are undercut so the boards slide underneath, and thresholds are finished cleanly between rooms.
Laying the floor alongside a kitchen fit means the plinths and end panels sit on the finished floor and everything lines up.

What customers said
Liam fitted our kitchen, downstairs toilet and laid flooring throughout. He is hard working, a perfectionist and above all a nice bloke. Would certainly have him back!
Liam laid new flooring in our utility along with new cabinet doors, worktop and sink. Have just used Liam again to replace all our internal doors, yet again another superb job.
Stairs, doors, skirting, architrave and flooring all done. Very pleased.
Questions people ask
Do you lay flooring on its own?
Yes, as well as alongside kitchens, doors and stairs.
Can you lay flooring through the whole downstairs?
Yes. One customer had their kitchen, downstairs toilet and flooring throughout all done by me.
Do I need to move furniture first?
It helps if the room is clear. We can talk through what needs moving when I come to look.
